Ingredients

ears of corn

water or veggie stock

bay leaf
Garlic salt
to taste

half and half
Instructions
Cut all veggies and place in pan except corn
Add water or stock and bay leaf
Medium-click-low for 20 + minutes
Once cooked, add half and half and cu the corn off the cobb and add it.
Optional: Blend 2-3 cups of soup to thicken
