Corn Potato Chowder

Ingredients
- 3-6 yellow potatoes (#3 cone)
- 1 zucchini (#3 cone)
- 2-3 celery stalks (#4 cone)
- 1 onion (#2 cone)
- 1 carrot (#5 cone)
- 2 garlic cloves (#1 cone)
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 cups water or veggie stock
- 1 bay leaf
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 cup half and half
Instructions
- Cut all veggies and place in pan except corn
- Add water or stock and bay leaf
- Medium-click-low for 20 + minutes
- Once cooked, add half and half and cu the corn off the cobb and add it.
- Optional: Blend 2-3 cups of soup to thicken
