Sea salt

Instructions
Preheat Pan to Medium-High
Add pork, water, liquid smoke, and sea salt
Add lid, once it starts clicking, gradually turn it down to medium, then medium low or until it stops clicking
Leave it on medium-low temperature for 2+ hours
Shred pork
