Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. Pork shoulder or butt
- 3-4 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 cup water
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Pan to Medium-High
- Add pork, water, liquid smoke, and sea salt
- Add lid, once it starts clicking, gradually turn it down to medium, then medium low or until it stops clicking
- Leave it on medium-low temperature for 2+ hours
- Shred pork
