Easy Chicken Adobo is a popular Filipino dish known for its rich and tangy flavors.
- 1 flat of chicken thighs skin removed
- ¾ cup of amino acids
- 4-6 onions #4 cone
- 1-2 tsp. chili flake
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 2-3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Black pepper to taste
In a cold pan, add chicken thighs, amino acids, onions, chili flakes, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar and black pepper.
Add lid
When vapo valve clicks, flip chicken, and get the onions to move closer to the bottom to cook through
Turn the stove to medium-low for 15+ minutes. The longer you cook it the more tender the chicken gets
Electric Skillet Tip
- Low: Under 200 Degrees
- Medium: Between 300-350 Degrees
- High: Above 425 Degrees
