Ingredients
  

  • 1 flat of chicken thighs skin removed
  • ¾ cup of amino acids
  • 4-6 onions #4 cone
  • 1-2 tsp. chili flake
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a cold pan, add chicken thighs, amino acids, onions, chili flakes, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar and black pepper.
  • Add lid
  • When vapo valve clicks, flip chicken, and get the onions to move closer to the bottom to cook through
  • Turn the stove to medium-low for 15+ minutes. The longer you cook it the more tender the chicken gets

Notes

Electric Skillet Tip
  • Low: Under 200 Degrees
  • Medium: Between 300-350 Degrees
  • High: Above 425 Degrees
