Ingredients
- 1 flat of chicken thighs skin removed
- ¾ cup of amino acids
- 4-6 onions #4 cone
- 1-2 tsp. chili flake
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 2-3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a cold pan, add chicken thighs, amino acids, onions, chili flakes, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar and black pepper.
- Add lid
- When vapo valve clicks, flip chicken, and get the onions to move closer to the bottom to cook through
- Turn the stove to medium-low for 15+ minutes. The longer you cook it the more tender the chicken gets

- Medium: Between 300-350 Degrees
- High: Above 425 Degrees
