- 1 cup red cabbage #3 cone
- 1 carrot #2 , #4, #5 cone
- 3-5 persimmons #4 cone
- ⅛ cup pumpkin seeds
Salad Dressing
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2-4 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp whole mustard seeds
- 1 orange juiced
