Everyone’s Favorite Curry Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 chicken thighs diced
  • ½ package frozen wontons
  • 2 onions #3 cone
  • 2 Yukon golds #3 cone
  • 1 sweet potato #3 cone
  • Water to cover veggies
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1-2 Tbsp red curry paste spicy to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp of turmeric powder
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream for garnish
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 small bunch basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat MP5 to 450
  • Add chicken and onions and sauté for 5-8 mins
  • Add sweet potatoes, potatoes, water to cover veggies, turmeric powder, and garlic salt
  • Medium-click-low for 10-15 mins
  • Add curry paste, spinach, and frozen wontons and stir in for 5 mins before serving
  • Add hemp seeds, sour cream, and basil as a finish!!
