Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken thighs, diced
- 1/2 package frozen wontons
- 2 onions, #3 cone
- 2 Yukon golds, #3 cone
- 1 sweet potato, #3 cone
- Water to cover veggies
- Handful of spinach
- 1-2 Tbsp red curry paste (spicy to taste)
- 2-3 Tbsp of turmeric powder
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp sour cream for garnish
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 small bunch basil
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat MP5 to 450
Add chicken and onions and sauté for 5-8 mins
Add sweet potatoes, potatoes, water to cover veggies, turmeric powder, and garlic salt
Medium-click-low for 10-15 mins
Add curry paste, spinach, and frozen wontons and stir in for 5 mins before serving
Add hemp seeds, sour cream, and basil as a finish!!
