Everyone’s Favorite Curry Soup


  • 3-4 chicken thighs, diced
  • 1/2 package frozen wontons
  • 2 onions, #3 cone
  • 2 Yukon golds, #3 cone
  • 1 sweet potato, #3 cone
  • Water to cover veggies
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1-2 Tbsp red curry paste (spicy to taste)
  • 2-3 Tbsp of turmeric powder
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream for garnish
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 small bunch basil

Cooking Instructions: 

Preheat MP5 to 450

Add chicken and onions and sauté for 5-8 mins

Add sweet potatoes, potatoes, water to cover veggies, turmeric powder, and garlic salt

Medium-click-low for 10-15 mins

Add curry paste, spinach, and frozen wontons and stir in for 5 mins before serving

Add hemp seeds, sour cream, and basil as a finish!!
