Instructions
Preheat pan to medium high
Add chicken thighs
Add bunch of cherry tomatoes, shallots, herbed salt, and herbs.
Cook for 12-15 mins or until golden brown
Remove chicken
Saute beans, zucchini, and greens
Add chicken back onAdd slices of lemon and (juice 1/2 of lemon)
