Put down 1/4 of the veggies on the bottom of your 16 quart roaster
Stuff turkey with as much veggies as you can add
Place turkey inside roaster
Coat turkey with poultry seasoning, fresh herbs, and Kitchen Bouquet
Add rest of veggies around turkey (OMG, YOUR GRAVY WILL BE DELICIOUS!)
*Tip: add 2 cups of water to get the moisture started for faster cooking
**Tip: Do not over salt. It isn't like cooking in the oven. It will over salt your gravy
