Veggie Loaded Chili

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion (#3 cone)
  • 1 sweet potato (#3 cone)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 squash or zucchini (#3 cone)
  • Carrots (#3 cone)
  • ¼ cabbage (#3 cone)
  • 1 Can of Beans kidney, red, or pinto
  • Chicken Broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Garlic salt to taste or in place of salt


  • Brown meat with onion in your 11″ skillet
  • Once browned, add sweet potato, can of diced tomatoes, squash, carrots, and cabbage
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Add can of beans on top
  • Add chicken broth until you can begin to see it (add more or less depending on how think you want your chili. Remember that the veggies will add some water also during cooking)
  • Medium-click-low
