Ingredients:
- 2-3 chicken thighs or 1 large chicken
- breast, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped and stems #2 cone
- 1 cup asparagus, cut into 1” pieces
- ½ cup green beans, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 cup kale
- 2-3 tbsp. pesto (or to taste)
- 1 cup feta
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat Pan to Medium-High
- Sauté chicken until cooked through
- Add green beans, broccoli, asparagus, and kale and medium-click-low for 8-12 minutes
- Stir in pesto and feta!
