Ingredients
- 1 package kielbasa sausage sliced
- 1 onion #3 cone
- 2-3 Yukon gold potatoes #3 cone
- 2 16 oz canned diced tomatoes
- ½ head red cabbage #4 cone
- ¼ head green cabbage #4 cone
- 1 red beet #3 cone
- Garlic salt to taste
- Enough water to cover the veggies
- 2-3 bay leaves
- Garnish: Sour cream, cilantro, hemp seeds
Instructions
- Preheat Pan to Medium-High
- Sauté sausage and onion until browned
- Add potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, beets, water, garlic salt, and bay leaves
- Medium-click-low for 20+ minutes
