Ingredients:
• 1 package kielbasa sausage, sliced
• 1 onion, #3 cone
• 2-3 Yukon gold potatoes, #3 cone
• 2 16oz canned diced tomatoes
• 1/2 head red cabbage, #4 cone
• ¼ head green cabbage, #4 cone
• 1 red beet #3 cone
• Garlic salt to taste
• Enough water to cover the veggies
• 2-3 bay leaves
• Garnish: Sour cream, cilantro, hemp
seeds
Cooking Instructions:
• Preheat Pan to Medium-High
• Sauté sausage and onion until browned
• Add potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, beets, water, garlic salt, and bay leaves
• Medium-click-low for 20+ minutes
