Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Turkey sausage into Patties
- 1 cooked sweet potato cut into 1” rounds
- 1 small onion #3 cone
- 4-5 mushrooms #4 cone
- Bell pepper #3 cone
- Handful of kale ripped into small pieces
- Garlic salt to taste
- Costco 21 blend seasoning
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat electric skillet to 400 degrees.
- Fry turkey patties until cooked.
- Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, kale, and tomatoes.
- Remove patties.
- Add sweet potato so that it’s touching the skillet.
- Add patties back in.
- Crack eggs and add seasonings.
- Medium-click-low for 5 minutes or until eggs are delicious!
