Thai Basil Chicken

  • 3-4 chicken thighs diced
  • 1 red bell pepper slices
  • 1 onion #4 cone
  • 3-5 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • bunch of Thai basil or basil


  • Preheat pan to medium high
  • Saute chicken and onions
  • Add bell peppers (or other veggies you want to throw in!) and medium-click-low for 5-8 minutes to cook veggies. I like to cook for 5 minutes so the veggies are still crunchy
  • Turn off stove and stir oyster sauce
  • Mix in basil- do this the very last minutes so the basil doesn’t wilt


Electric Skillet Tip:
  • Low: Under 200 Degrees
  • Medium: Between 300-350 Degrees
  • High: Above 425 Degrees
