Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken thighs diced
- 1 red bell pepper slices
- 1 onion #4 cone
- 3-5 tbsp. oyster sauce
- bunch of Thai basil or basil
Instructions
- Preheat pan to medium high
- Saute chicken and onions
- Add bell peppers (or other veggies you want to throw in!) and medium-click-low for 5-8 minutes to cook veggies. I like to cook for 5 minutes so the veggies are still crunchy
- Turn off stove and stir oyster sauce
- Mix in basil- do this the very last minutes so the basil doesn’t wilt
Notes
Electric Skillet Tip:
- Low: Under 200 Degrees
- Medium: Between 300-350 Degrees
- High: Above 425 Degrees
