
Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops, about ¾ inch thick
- ½ medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tbs honey
Instructions
- Attach handles to skillet.
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until a few drops of water splashed on the surface bead and dance.
- Arrange pork chops in single layer in skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until well browned. Turn chops.
- Sprinkle onion slices in between and on top of the chops.
- Cook for 3 minutes to brown the other side.
- Sprinkle orange zest and ginger evenly over the chops.
- Drizzle orange juice and honey over chops.
- Cover. Cook until Vapo-Valve™ clicks.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 20-25 minutes until chops are cooked through.
- Do not overcook as meat will be dry and tough.
- Spoon pan drippings and onions over chops and serve immediately.
