Ingredients
• 6-10 frozen meatballs
• 1-2 cup gluten free noodles
• Enough water to cover noodles
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1⁄2 bunch of asparagus, cut into 1⁄2 inch
• 1⁄2 cup green beans
• 1 cup feta, #3 cone
• 2-3 tbsp. Sun dried tomato pesto
• Garnish: Basil, chopped
Cooking Instructions
• Add noodles and cover with water
• Add meatballs, peas, asparagus, and green beans
• Medium-click-low for 10-12 minutes
• Stir in spinach, feta, pesto, and basil
