Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- 2 lemons juiced
- Garlic powder to taste
- sale and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute ground chicken and season with garlic salt and pepper
- Add cherry tomatoes and medium-click-low for 5-8 minutes
- Add parsley and lemon juice and stir
- Adjust seasoning to taste
