Honey Sriracha Pork

- 12" Electric Skillet
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. Pork Butt or Shoulder cut into 1″ pieces
- 1-2 cup honey I like to get it from bulk section. A lot cheaper than the bottles
- 2-4 tbsp of sriracha to your liking
Instructions
- Preheat Electric Skillet to 400 degrees
- Add pork in
- Mix honey and sriracha together in a bowl
- Add honey and sriracha mixture in the pork
- Flip pork every 6-8 minutes until cooked through
- After it cooks for a while, the honey becomes a thick sauce! It is delicious!
