Equipment

12" Electric Skillet

Ingredients

2-3 lbs. Pork Butt or Shoulder cut into 1″ pieces
1-2 cup honey I like to get it from bulk section. A lot cheaper than the bottles
2-4 tbsp of sriracha to your liking

Instructions

Preheat Electric Skillet to 400 degrees
Add pork in
Mix honey and sriracha together in a bowl
Add honey and sriracha mixture in the pork
Flip pork every 6-8 minutes until cooked through
After it cooks for a while, the honey becomes a thick sauce! It is delicious!
