
Ingredients
- 8 piece of chicken thighs, diced
- 2 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger, #1 or #2 cone
- ½ cup onion, #3 cone
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp. curry powder (Winco)
- 1 tbsp. chili flakes (optional)
- 1 bag frozen mix veggies
- 4 cups potatoes, #3 cone
- 1 can coconut milk
Instructions
- Cut up your chicken into bite size
- Remove meat from bones
- (Keep bones it will be cooked with the meat)
- Add garlic, ginger, salt and curry into the chicken and mix.
- Let it sit while your cookware is preheating.
- Pre heat your cookware on medium heat while you cut your onions and potatoes
- Add the olive oil and onions
- Let the onions cook for a minute
- Add the chicken curry marinade
- With regular cookware you would need to stir every 5-10 minutes
- With the Salad Master cookware you just close the cookware with the lid and let it cook until the valve clicks
- Add the potatoes, mix vegetables and the can of coconut milk
- Adding the can of coconut milk just gives it more juice.
- It’s just an option. You don’t have to add coconut milk if you don’t want to.
- Turn it down to low (number 3 on your stove top)
- Cook it for about 10-15minutes.
