Easy Salmon and Veggie One Pot

  • 2 spinach
  • 2 filets of Salmon
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ lemon sliced
  • Season to taste (we used garlic salt lemon, and thyme. Pesto works great!


  • In a cold pan add spinach and salmon
  • Season salmon
  • Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around salmon
  • Medium-click-low. After the valve clicks, turn to low for 10 minutes
