Ingredients
- 2 spinach
- 2 filets of Salmon
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ lemon sliced
- Season to taste (we used garlic salt lemon, and thyme. Pesto works great!
Instructions
- In a cold pan add spinach and salmon
- Season salmon
- Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around salmon
- Medium-click-low. After the valve clicks, turn to low for 10 minutes
