  • 10 Quart Roster
  • 10” Gourmet Skillet


  • 5-10 Yukon golds #2 or #3 cone
  • 1-2 tbsp. garlic salt


  • Cut Yukon golds and rinse for 10 seconds to rinse off starch
  • Add to 3 quart inset
  • Medium-click-low for 25-35 minutes, (cook longer for more potatoes and for softer potatoes)
