Ingredients
- 1 lbs Breakfast Sausage
- 1 Onion #2 Cone
- ½ Head Broccoli #2 Cone
- ½ Head Cauliflower #2 Cone
- 2 Carrots #4 Cone
- 1-2 cups Leftover Rice
- Garlic Salt To Taste
- 2-3 tbsp Omino Acids
- 1-2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Black Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat pan to medium-high
- Sauté sausage and onions until mostly cooked
- Add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, rice, garlic salt, and black pepper
- Medium-click-low for 3-6 minutes
- Stir
- Add sesame oil & amino acids.
