Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 Onion #2 Cone
  • ½ Head Broccoli #2 Cone
  • ½ Head Cauliflower #2 Cone
  • 2 Carrots #4 Cone
  • 1-2 cups Leftover Rice
  • Garlic Salt To Taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Omino Acids
  • 1-2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat pan to medium-high
  • Sauté sausage and onions until mostly cooked
  • Add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, rice, garlic salt, and black pepper
  • Medium-click-low for 3-6 minutes
  • Stir
  • Add sesame oil & amino acids.
